WHAT IS ASTROLOGY?

The first premise of Astrology is "know thyself." It is simply a tool that can be used to help us understand ourselves better in order to realise our full potential. The second premise is "know others. "

There is nothing magical or mysterious about a birth chart or Horoscope. The Astrologer may use glyphs (astrological shorthand), colours and lines in drawing up your horoscope which, to you, may look strangely enigmatic.  However, that chart is simply a picture of the sky at the exact time and from the exact place on earth that you were born. You are creature of a universe that is changing from moment to moment. Since you are a part of that moment in time when you were born, and that moment is different from the next, you are unique.

Astrology is a macrocosm-microcosm approach to self-understanding, thus by looking at the bigger picture, we can see what is within.

Remember to record your child’s birth time and day, as well as place where it is born. These details are essential to work out an accurate birth chart.  This chart is the key to understanding your child and gives you an idea of the child’s potential and the issues it has contracted to come and work on in this lifetime.
