Monthly HypnoBirthing® classes arranged to suit participants

 

	The course consists of five 3-hour classes. A group course fee is R1550 and the course price for individual classes is R2300. Costs include your HypnoBirthing® textbook and CD with affirmations and relaxation exercises and other hand-outs
	You will learn self-hypnosis and relaxation and other techniques to promote a calm and comfortable birthing experience
	This course is for both the mother and her birth companion
	Classes are recommended from 28 weeks pregnancy to allow enough time for practise
